Postiva, operatörün KENDİ sosyal medya hesaplarını yönettiği, kendi sunucusunda barındırılan bir içerik planlama aracıdır. Bir hesabı bağladığınızda Meta'dan yalnızca şunları alırız: erişim/yenileme anahtarları (şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır), hesap kimliği, kullanıcı adı ve profil görseli.

Silme talebi nasıl açılır: Instagram uygulamasında Ayarlar → Website izinleri (Apps and websites) → Postiva → Kaldır adımını izleyin, ardından veri silme talebini onaylayın. Meta bu talebi bize iletir; işlem anında yapılır ve size bir onay kodu ile bu sayfanın bağlantısı verilir.

Ne silinir:Meta'dan aldığımız her şey — erişim ve yenileme anahtarları, hesap kimliği, kullanıcı adı, profil görseli (hesap kaydının tamamı) — ve o hesaba ait planlanmış yayın hedefleri. Başka hedefi kalmayan gönderiler de silinir.

Ne silinmez: Operatörün kendi yüklediği medya dosyaları ve yazdığı metinler; bunlar Meta kaynaklı kişisel veri değildir. Bunları da silmek isterseniz info@thecodevolt.com adresine yazın, en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz.

Postiva is a self-hosted content scheduling tool the operator uses to manage their OWN social media accounts. When you connect an account we receive only: access/refresh tokens (stored encrypted), the account id, the username and the profile picture.

How to request deletion: in the Instagram app go to Settings → Apps and websites → Postiva → Remove, then confirm the data deletion request. Meta forwards the request to us; it is processed immediately and you receive a confirmation code plus a link to this page.

What is deleted: everything we received from Meta — access and refresh tokens, account id, username, profile picture (the whole account record) — plus the scheduled publishing targets for that account. Posts left without any remaining target are deleted as well.

What is not deleted: media files uploaded and captions written by the operator; these are not personal data obtained from Meta. To have those removed too, email info@thecodevolt.com and we will delete them within 30 days.
